MINI Operations Manager
Employment Type : Contract
Location : Cyberjaya, Selangor
Key accountabilities:Ensure smooth operations of the dept including volume/stock/allocation/fleet planning, management of dealer incentives/competition/claims. Support for electrification projects, local pricing/product topics, events, reporting and sales funnel management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all operational topics of the department.
- Support in local projects and product matters.
- Stock allocation and monitoring.
- Responsible for selected reporting functions.
- Manage dealer incentives, competition and claims.
- Interaction with dealers on enquiries related to scope of work.
- Close and regular exchange with Head of MINI to be aligned on latest internal direction.
- Interaction with all internal colleagues in line with scope of work.
- Close and regular exchange with Sales Manager to stay abreast on retail environment and latest issues.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or any related field with good academic results.
- Experience in volume planning in an automotive environment. Some field work experience is also desired (eg. area manager / sales manager).
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Good attention to details, comfortable with numbers.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute.
- High level of grit and perseverance.
- Hardworking and high sense of responsibility.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
Business Manager, Retail Finance (Sales)
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Cyberjaya- Responsible to market and promote BMW Credit’s financing products, services and initiatives to sales advisors and customers in order to achieve individual and company targets.
- Develops and maintains a strong and beneficial relationship with the dealers, sales advisors and customers.
- To achieve allocated individual targets & to sell insurance products to customers.
- Ensure accurate data entries for loan submission while managing timely outcome of applications (reject/approved), update and follow up with sales advisors/dealership and customers
- To produce timely and accurate reporting on business performance.
- Ensure completeness of documentation for payment disbursements
- Monitor competitor’s activities and maintain our competitiveness in the market place
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Business Admin or any other related disciplines.
- 2-4 years of relevant Sales experience in Financial Services or the Automotive industry.
- Possesses basic analytical and credit assessment skills, strong eye for detail in managing documentation completeness.
- Proficient in Computer skills (for example MS Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook.
- Solid interpersonal relationship skills in building interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
Equipment Finance – Business Manager (Sales)

Location: Klang Valley
No. of positions: 3Key accountabilities:
- Primarily responsible for delivering Sales targets and KPIs. Sales oriented and executes the necessary sales activities towards the achievement of the sales budget.
- To enhance and maintain equipment vendor relationship as to improve business opportunities and leads generations.
- To prepare loan submission of customer applications – from data input, uploading of documents, response to credit acceptance (CA) comments/clarifications for application status and approval.
- To issue letters of undertaking to vendors, preparation of loan agreement execution and to ensure HP agreement and documents are properly executed.
- Contact settlement associates for documentation & funding of approved loans.
- Accountable for FIS e-hakmilik registration process for New and Used Commercial vehicles, material handling equipment.
- Collection of information as required for Credit Assessment and forward to New Business Team. Advising customer of the results of Credit Assessment and negotiating new terms if required.
- Cross selling corporate programmes to equipment finance customer to promote BMW brand and ultimately cars sales.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales or Financial Services.
- Hands on experience in MS Office tools, primarily on Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong command of English (written & verbal), coupled with a disciplined work ethic and is able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage (not mandatory)
- Knowledge in Equipment Financing , financial services products or credit risk management would be preferred.
- Highly collaborative and feedback oriented, able to challenge the status quo and provide solutions on efficiencies where possible.
