Auto Bavaria, BMW Group Malaysia’s largest authorised dealership, introduces its latest showroom experience, showcasing a revamped space that upholds its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Kuala Lumpur, 25th March 2024 – Auto Bavaria, the largest authorised BMW dealership network in Malaysia, today unveiled its newest refurbished showroom that features upgraded facilities and renewed services tailored to the modern conscious customer. Located in Chan Sow Lin (CSL), this revamped showroom will be displaying the vehicles from the BMW Premium Selection (BPS) and MINI Used Car Next (MUCN) portfolios.

The Auto Bavaria CSL showroom, located at No. 8, Jalan Dua, Off Jalan Chan Sow Lin, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan spans an impressive 35,000 square feet across the Ground and First floors, providing ample space for customers to explore the enhanced, customer-centric facilities available at the dealership. Upon entering the showroom, customers will discover a newly enhanced space with contemporary décor, alongside customer-centric amenities such as customer consultation stages and a central hospitality area, as well as the BMW bar and lounge where they can relax and refresh during their visit. The showroom also features a dedicated Parts, Accessories and Lifestyle area, allowing customers to browse for their vehicle’s next upgrade or explore a range of iconic BMW & MINI merchandise.
With a dedicated team of six staff members, Auto Bavaria CSL offers heightened and personalised services aimed at delivering a more streamlined experience for customers. Familiar facilities such as the Sales Lounge, Service Consultation Lounge, Reception at the Car (RATC) bay, and Multifunctional Handover Bay are strategically provided for customer convenience. In line with BMW Group Malaysia’s dedication to enhancing accessibility to charging infrastructures, Auto Bavaria CSL plays an active role in this initiative by providing equipped AC and DC charging facilities at the dealership. This exemplifies our shared vision and commitment to advancing electrified mobility in Malaysia, with over 2,020 charging facilities now available nationwide, powered by key partnerships with the local electric vehicle (EV) charging providers.
