Premium automaker honours the remarkable individuals and successes of its dealer partners, who represent the prestigious BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad brands.

Kuala Lumpur, 18^th June 2024 – BMW Group Malaysia hosted its highly anticipated annual Dealer Awards Night at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Kuala Lumpur, bringing together over 200 distinguished guests and prominent members from the BMW Group Malaysia’s extensive network. The awards served as a testament to their outstanding achievements and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest levels of the ultimate Sheer Driving Pleasure experience.

All 23 authorised dealerships of BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad nationwide were recognised for their exemplary services in delivering premium vehicles and aftersales support, as well as their commitment to serving the premium automaker’s esteemed customers, which aligns with the brand promise of the Premium Ownership Experience.

Officiating the event, Jean-Philippe Parain, Senior Vice President of Sales Regions Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa said, “In 2023, BMW Group Malaysia recorded outstanding achievements, most importantly retaining the Number One position in the premium automotive segment in Malaysia for the fourth consecutive year. Malaysia also emerged as the leader in the Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region in terms of delivery for electric vehicles for the Group.”

BMW Product Genius 2023.

The BMW Product Genius certification recognises specially trained professionals from various dealerships in Malaysia who have provided exclusive personalised experiences for customers since the start of their BMW Ownership Experience.

The BMW Product Genius certification was given to Muhammad Afiq Bin Mohamad Safari and Jonathan Vung Yi Wei of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara, Perrin Soosay A/L Gabriel Soosay and Tsoffian Hakim Bin Mohd Tahir of Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur, Waleed Husaini Bin Zulkifli and Shahrul Azirah Binti Saad of Auto Bavaria Balakong, Sharran A/L Vijaya Pragas of Auto Bavaria Penang, Chan Wen Kang of Auto Bavaria Tebrau, Ammar Muhaimin Bin Alias of Quill Automobiles, Thinesswaran Gunaa Ramanjulu of Millennium Welt Seremban and Caleb Lee Ka Lok of Regas Premium Sabah.

BMW Aftersales Vision Club 2023.

The BMW Aftersales Vison Club 2023 acknowledges the outstanding efforts BMW Group Malaysia’s dealership associates have made in the Aftersales category. The awards spans across category of the Technician, Open Category, Quality Customer Care Manager (QCCM), Service Advisor, Head of Parts and Head of Aftersales.

Starting from the Technician Category, the recipients of the award were Ho Soo Kee of Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi, Thang Chin Fai of Millennium Welt Seremban and Ezzudin Syah Bin Abdul Hamid of Quill Automobiles.

For the Open Category, the award was given to Adrian Kuan Thai Hong of Regas Premium Auto, Jean Chong Suh Jein of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara and Raymond Chong Eng Yuen of Quill Automobiles.

Moving on to the Quality Customer Care Manager Category, the award was given to Francis Bin Aloysius Suah of Regas Premium Sabah, Khushwant Singh of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara and Annissa Tasya binti Tukiman of Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi.

With the Service Advisor Category, Mohd Ridzwan Bin Alias of Regas Premium Sabah, Jeyaraj A/L Balan of Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi and Siti Aminah binti Arbae'n of Auto Bavaria Tebrau were recipients of the award.

Meanwhile, the Head of Parts Category was given to Fun Meng Chiang of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara and Liew Guo Hao of Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur.

Finally, the Head of Aftersales Category was given to Alex Lee Kian An of Millennium Welt Batu Pahat, Wong Kok Wah of Lee Motors Auto Care and Boo Yi Ping of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara.

BMW Motorrad Dealer Award 2023.

The BMW Motorrad Dealer Award honoured the outstanding achievements of our associates in conveying the vision of Make Life a Ride to all our customers, across various categories, namely the BMW Motorrad Technician, BMW Motorrad Service Advisor, BMW Motorrad Aftersales Manager, BMW Motorrad Sales Advisor, BMW Motorrad Sales Manager,  R 18 Most Valuable Sales Advisor and R18 Most Valuable Manager.

Starting from the BMW Motorrad Technician category, the winners were Muhammad Farkhan Iman Bin Rasli of Chear Motorrad and Ali Imran Bin Darnizul of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara.

For the BMW Motorrad Service Advisor category, Tee Kean Chu of Auto Bavaria Penang and Jagadesh Krishnan of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara were both awarded. Moving on to the BMW Motorrad Aftersales Manager category, the winners were Eugene Francis of Millennium Welt Kuantan and Mohd Azlan bin Aladin of Auto Bavaria Penang.

The BMW Motorrad Sales Advisor category was awarded to both Wee Wei Ping of EL Chong Motor and Zalkhairil Badri Bin Zakaria of Chear Motorrad. Additionally, BMW Motorrad Sales Manager category was awarded to Wong Kim Kooi of Auto Bavaria Penang and Tan Yeok Thye of EL Chong Motor.

For the highlight of this award, the R 18 Most Valuable Sales Advisor went to Alfiansyah Bin Mad Nor while the R18 Most Valuable Manager award went to Ahmad Faisal Mustafa, both from Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara.

Top Sales Advisor for Highest Funded Contracts 2023.

The Top Sales Advisor for Highest Funded Contracts recognition was awarded to individuals across the BMW Group Malaysia portfolio.

Starting from the Highest BMW Motorrad Funded Contracts category, the award was given to Wee Wei Ping of EL Chong Motor while Lee Sok Yee of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara was awarded in the Highest MINI Funded Contracts category. Meanwhile, the award for the Highest BMW Funded Contracts was presented to P Thilagaraj A/L Palanisamy Chettiar of Quill Automobiles.

Top Sales Advisor for Easy Drive 2023.

The Top Sales Advisor for Easy Drive celebrates exceptional individuals in Financial Services across BMW and MINI. The BMW Easy Drive award was given to Ros Faizan Bin Mohamed Yusof of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara and Tan Khoi Peng of Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi. On the other hand, Lee Sok Yee and Belinda Ong Gaik Choo of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara were awarded the MINI Easy Drive award.

The Most Supportive BMW Dealership 2023.

The Most Supportive BMW Dealership category was awarded to Millennium Welt Seremban, represented by their Dealer Principal, Nicholas Lee.

Highest Penetration for Financial Services 2023.

In the Highest Penetration for BMW Motorrad Financial Services category, the award was given to Joe Lee Se Juan of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara and Tan Ka Kin of Tian Siang Premium Auto Ipoh. Additionally, both individuals were also the winners of the Highest Penetration for MINI Financial Services category.

Lastly, the winners of the Highest Penetration for BMW Financial Services category went to Gabriel Koh of Millennium Welt Batu Pahat and Nicholas Lee of Millennium Welt Seremban.

MINI Issigonis Club Award 2023.

The MINI Issigonis Club Award celebrates the success of members who delivers the highest quality of service to customers within the MINI brand. It was split into three categories which includes the MINI Top Dealership, MINI Top Sales Manager, and the MINI Top Sales Advisor.

For the MINI Top Dealership category, the winner of the John Cooper Works category award went to Joe Lee Se Juan of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara, while the Cooper S category award went to Wong Loke Win of Auto Bavaria Penang. Under the Cooper category, the award went to Benjamin Ang Boon Chyuan of Auto Bavaria Tebrau and finally, Antony David of Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur was awarded under the Cooper SE category.

Moving on to the MINI Top Sales Manager under the John Cooper Works category, award was given to Yeow Chun Hoong of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara; the Cooper S and the Cooper category award was given to Wong Kim Kooi of Auto Bavaria Penang and Alfred Liew Hann Yang of Auto Bavaria Tebrau respectively, while Edwin Bea Kwang Tat of Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur was awarded under the Cooper SE category.

Besides that, in the Top Sales Advisor in the John Cooper Works category, Belinda Ong Gaik Choo and Lee Sok Yee of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara emerged as the recipients. Next, for the Top Sales Advisor the Cooper S category, the award was given to Cally Chan Li Beng and Shawn Tan Weng Hong, both hailing from Auto Bavaria Penang. The awards for the Top Sales Advisor in the Cooper category, were given to Lim Qi Heng of Seong Hoe Premium Motors and Lai Chor Yuan of Auto Bavaria Tebrau, while in the Cooper SE category, the awards went to Wong Ann Mee of Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur and Lim Yen Siang of Millennium Welt Seremban 2.

BMW Vision Club Award 2023.

The BMW Vision Club Award honours our dealers' remarkable achievements in sales, with awards in numerous categories, starting from BMW Premium Selection of Sales Advisor and Head of Sales, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

In the BMW Premium Selection (BPS) category, Elton Poh of Sime Darby Auto Selection Ara Damansara was awarded in the Central category of the BPS Sales Advisor Awards, while the Outstation category was awarded to Yong Kien Wei of Millennium Welt Seremban.

In the BPS Head of Sales category, Choong Jin Keith of Sime Darby Auto Selection Ara Damansara was awarded in the Central Category, while the Outstation category was awarded to Marcus Ng Mun Khai of Sime Darby Auto Selection Tebrau.

In the Silver category, the Sales Advisor award was given to both Vivian Ho Fui She and ThengTheng Yong of Regas Premium Sabah. The Gold category for Sales Advisor was awarded to Minnie Goh Mei Ying from Tian Siang Premium Auto Ipoh and Adrian Lee Wei Ren from Seong Hoe Premium Motors. Meanwhile, the Platinum category award went to Lim Kar Ean of Auto Bavaria Johor Bahru, Deric Leong Cheng Yip of Auto Bavaria Tebrau, Alvin Ng Cho Huat of Wheelcorp Premium Bukit Tinggi and Teh Weng Wah of Auto Bavaria Penang.

Moving on to the Diamond Category of Sales Advisor award, which saw it presented to Chan Wai San of Auto Bavaria Balakong, Jamie Hoy Lai Kien of Quill Automobiles, Winnie Lim Siao Huoi of Wheelcorp Premium Setia Alam, Chong Kean Tuck and Chua Kok Sing of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara and lastly, Siti Rasyidah of Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur.

Moving on to the Head of Sales award, Theresa Tan of Regas Premium Sabah was awarded in the Silver category while Melvin Sit of Tian Siang Premium Auto Ipoh and Wendy Lee of Millennium Welt Seremban were awarded the Gold category. Meanwhile, under the Platinum category, Wong Kim Kooi of Auto Bavaria Penang and Ian Ooi Yeow Hean of Tian Siang Premium Auto Butterworth were awarded for their achievements.

Finally, the Diamond category for the Head of Sales award went to Yuvindra Durairaj of Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi.

BMW Excellence Club Award 2023.

The BMW Excellence Club Award were categorised into the Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond categories. The award celebrates dealer principals who have maintained excellent service and provided highest customer satisfaction in their dealerships.

The Silver category saw Theresa Tan from Regas Premium Sabah cinching first place, Gabriel Koh of Millennium Welt Batu Pahat winning second place and Woon Choon Yuen of Millennium Welt Kuantan winning third place.

In the Gold category, the award went to Josephine Tay of Regas Premium Auto coming in first place, Nicholas Lee of Millennium Welt Seremban in second place, and Tan Ka Kin of Tian Siang Premium Auto Ipoh in third place.

In the Platinum category, the award went to Wong Loke Win of Auto Bavaria Penang in first place, Benjamin Ang Boon Chyuan of Auto Bavaria Tebrau in second place and Bryan Wong of Millennium Welt Kuala Lumpur North in third place.

Last but not least, in the Diamond category, Joe Lee Se Juan of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara received the award for first place, with Andy Tian of Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi winning second place and Alex Tang of Quill Automobiles winning third place.
