TO CONFIRM YOUR STATUS AS A DIPLOMAT, WE REQUIRE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Diplomatic passport from the Foreign Ministry with accreditation certificate from the host country
- Official passport issued by the Foreign Ministry with accreditation certificate from the host country
- Laisser-passer / Official passport from the UN or associated organisations

SCHEDULE 1 – ELIGIBILITY MATRIX OF THE CUSTOMER GROUP.
It is in the duty of the Agent to approve the eligibility of the customer according to the matrix below. The Agent is responsible to verify the status of a customer by reviewing the proofs of entitlement.
Within the International Diplomatic Sales Program we distinguish between two types of Vehicles Categories:
1. Private Vehicles
Under Private Vehicles we subsume all vehicles sold to Diplomats, Members of International Organization (MIO) and Honorary Consuls.
Diplomats | e.g. Ambassador General Consul 1st Secretary Military Attaché |
Members of International Organizations | e.g. Staff Member, Patent Officer, Conference and Event Officer |
Honorary Consuls | e.g. no professional Diplomats voluntary work |
Regulations for Purchasing:
- Vehicle must be registered in the name of pass holder or the entitled person.
- Customers are entitled to purchase a maximum of two vehicles within a period of 12 months.
Proofs of Entitlement:
- Diplomatic passport or Service passport incl. proof of accreditation.
- Certificate of Diplomatic Status BMW/MINI.
2. Official Vehicles
Under Official vehicles we subsume vehicles of Embassies and Consulates, Governments and Authorities and International Organizations.

Regulations for Purchasing:
- Official Vehicles must be ordered by, paid by and registered under the name of the Institution.
- Official Vehicles can only be ordered to the specifications of the country in which they will be registered.
Proofs of Entitlement:
- Certification of Official Purposes and Official Registration.
