Premium automaker’s authorised dealer representative in the largest region of Malaysia introduces a refined showroom experience with the Retail.NEXT concept, showcasing a refreshed space that upholds its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Kuching, 1st October 2024 – Regas Premium Auto, the premier authorised 4S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and System) dealership in Sarawak, today opened the doors to their newly refurbished Retail.NEXT showroom in Kuching, featuring enhanced facilities and services catering to the BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad and BMW Premium Selection (BPS) brands to further enrich the Premium Ownership Experience for customers in East Malaysia.

Regas Premium Auto Kuching welcomes customers with a newly enhanced space, featuring the BMW bar and lounge where owners can relax while their vehicles are serviced, all within a new and lavishly designed interior with modern furniture and lighting fixtures, complemented by contemporary textures and fabrics that adorn the space. Adding to the allure, the showroom continues to impress with its BMW heritage corner, inviting visitors and enthusiasts alike to marvel at a timeless classic on display – the BMW 700 Coupé.

 

With a team of 76 dedicated staff members ready to be of service, Regas Premium Auto Kuching ensures a seamless experience at the dealership. Familiar facilities such as the Customer Lounge, Handover Lounge, BMW Lifestyle and Merchandise, BMW Parts, Reception at the Car (RATC), and the Grand Klasse (GKL) Lounge are thoughtfully provided for the customers’ convenience. Additionally, the customer parking area is equipped with AC and DC charging facilities, further delivering on the both the premium automaker and the dealer’s commitment towards enhancing accessibility to charging infrastructure in the region.
